We are a Hyderabad developer building gated apartment communities in the north of the city. We are not the largest, and we are not trying to be. We would rather hand over two projects properly than five badly.
How we work
Every project we take on is registered with Telangana RERA before a single flat is sold, and the registration number is on this website, on the hoarding and on the agreement. If a builder will not show you that number, walk away.
We plan for daylight and cross-ventilation first and fit the saleable area around them, rather than the other way round. It costs us a little carpet area on every floor. It is the reason our flats do not feel like corridors with windows.
And we answer the phone. Before you book, after you book, and after you move in. The number in the corner of this page is a real one.
